SurePath Diagnostics comes to you for traditional ink-and-card fingerprinting. Book a time, we confirm a convenient public location near you (library, coffee shop, or bookstore), and most appointments take 15 minutes or less. Prints are checked for clarity before you leave so your card is not rejected later.

Accepted for: employment and new-hire background checks, nursing, teaching, and childcare licensing, adoption and foster care, immigration filings, ATF Form 1 and other firearm applications, notary and professional licensing.

Bring: a valid government-issued photo ID and any fingerprint cards from your requesting agency. If you are not sure which card your form requires, bring the form and we will confirm before printing.

What you get: a completed FD-258 or agency-specific card, ready to submit.

Ink only. We do not offer livescan or digital fingerprinting.
