Private mobile experience. We come to you. Travel within Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, and Wilson counties included, a small travel fee applies beyond that at the current IRS mileage rate. Drinks are BYO. Payment holds your spot and is due within 24 hours of booking, or before your appointment if sooner. Groups place a deposit to reserve the date.

What we do, and what we do not
We help you prepare. You submit your application in person at an official passport acceptance facility, such as a post office, library, or county clerk. SurePath does not issue passports and cannot guarantee approval or processing times. Current government processing runs about 4 to 6 weeks for routine service and 2 to 3 weeks for expedited, plus mailing time, so we always recommend starting early.

Do you issue passports? +
No. We get you fully prepared, the photo and the paperwork, then you submit in person at an official acceptance facility. We do not issue passports and cannot guarantee approval.
How long does a passport take? +
Processing is set by the government, currently about 4 to 6 weeks routine and 2 to 3 weeks expedited, plus mailing. We prep you in one session so you lose no time, and if your trip is close we point you to the fastest path.
What do I need to bring? +
Proof of US citizenship such as a certified birth certificate or naturalization certificate, a valid photo ID, and for minors, both parents present or a notarized consent form. We send you the exact checklist before your appointment.
Where do you travel? +
Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, and Wilson counties are included. We are glad to travel beyond that for a small travel fee, just ask when you book.
How does payment work? +
Payment holds your spot. It is due within 24 hours of booking, or before your appointment if that is sooner. For group Experiences, the organizer places a deposit with the balance due before the event.
