Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays.

Pet DNA kits typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe covers the full journey from order placement to delivery, not just transit time.

If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, processing will begin the next business day.
