Do you come to our location?
Yes. For most services we come to you, whether that is collections at your site, fingerprinting, or notary for onboarding paperwork. When a fixed collection site makes more sense, we will set that up too.
How fast will we get results?
It depends on the service, and we will tell you the expected timeline up front for each one. Many checks and screenings come back within a few business days.
Do you handle DOT testing?
We can support DOT and non-DOT testing programs and help keep your records in line. On our first call we will confirm exactly what your DOT obligations are and how we fit them.
Can you write our drug and alcohol policy?
Yes. We build clear, compliant workplace drug and alcohol policies, and we can train your supervisors on reasonable suspicion so the policy actually holds up in practice.
Is there a minimum or a long contract?
No. We work with one-off screenings and ongoing programs alike. If you only need a few checks a month, that is fine. If you need a full random pool managed, we do that too.
