Choose your speed

Standard ($120 per document): Mail your original document to our business address. We'll process it in the order it's received.

Expedited ($180 per document): Your turnaround starts when your document is physically in our hands.

Same business day for documents that go straight to the Secretary of State, such as Tennessee birth, marriage, and death certificates, when we have the document by 12:00 noon.
Next business day for documents that need notarization and county clerk certification first, such as powers of attorney and affidavits.

For Expedited, bring your document to us in person or text us your tracking number before you ship.

Don't have your certificate? We'll order it for you (+$30)

Need a certified Tennessee birth, death, marriage, or divorce certificate? Choose "Order my TN certificate for me" and we'll get a certified copy from the state, then apostille it. Nothing to mail.

The $30 add-on covers the $15 Tennessee state fee plus our $15 ordering service.
After you check out, reply to your confirmation email with a photo of your government ID and a short signed note authorizing SurePath Diagnostics to pick up the certificate for you.
Tennessee only releases certificates to the person named on the certificate, or their spouse, parent, child, or legal guardian.
For Expedited, your turnaround starts once we have your ID and signed note.

Before you order

If you're sending your own document, we need the original or a certified copy. Tennessee does not accept scans, emails, or photocopies.
Your document must be issued or notarized in Tennessee.
Federal documents (like FBI background checks) are apostilled by the U.S. Department of State, not Tennessee.

If we review your document and it can't be apostilled in Tennessee, we'll refund you in full before any work begins.
